What we collect
When you book a consultation, scheduling is handled by Calendly, which collects your name, email address, and the details you choose to share when booking. Calendly processes that information under its own privacy policy. If you contact us by email or phone, we receive only what you send us.
Why we collect it
Solely to respond to your enquiry and, if you engage us, to provide legal services. Submitting the form does not create a lawyer–client relationship.
What we don’t do
- We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data.
- We do not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies ourselves. The Calendly scheduling widget may set its own cookies when you use it. Beyond that, the only data stored in your browser is a flag recording that you have accepted the site disclaimer.
- We do not share your data with third parties except where required by law or with your consent.
Retention and your rights
Enquiry emails are retained only as long as needed to deal with your matter or as professional-conduct and statutory obligations require. You may ask us to correct or delete your personal data, or to tell you what we hold, by writing to hello@shahjainandco.com.
